Example: a 45-minute meeting = 2 blocks. A full-day 8-hour conference = 16 blocks. Hard cap at 12 hours per file.
🔒 Privacy-first by design
We built TalkMinutes because the existing AI transcription tools keep your recordings on their servers forever. We don't — and we never will.
- ✓Your audio is deleted from our servers within 60 seconds of processing being complete.
- ✓The transcript, summary, and PDF are deleted within 60 minutes of being emailed to you. Your email inbox is the only permanent archive.
- ✓All processing happens in EU data centers (Frankfurt). No data crosses the Atlantic.
- ✓We don't train AI on your content. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't have a dashboard with your "history".
- ✓GDPR-compliant by construction. Right to erasure is honored automatically — content deletes itself.
